There’s something about exploring Lisbon together that makes for pretty great memories ✨

A walk through Alfama, stopping whenever we find a beautiful street or the light is just right, laughing along the way and simply enjoying some time together. Just two people, a beautiful city, and a camera along for the ride ❤

That’s what I love about couple sessions in Lisbon - they can feel less like a photoshoot and more like spending a few hours discovering the city together. And you get to take home the photos to remember it all 🥰

The third time I get to photograph this family, and it feels more special as the years goes by 🤍

I’ve had the chance to photograph different chapters of their life over the years, and seeing how much the kids have grown every time we meet is one of my favorite parts of this job 🥹

At this point, the sessions feel less like a photoshoot and more like catching up with old friends - lots of running around, laughing, and the kind of little moments that happen naturally when everyone feels comfortable together.

I feel incredibly lucky when families come back to me again and again. It means I get to do more than take their photos - I get to watch their story unfold ✨

Sarah & Drew were genuinely having the best time together. They laughed constantly, teased each other, and seemed just as excited about the session as they were about getting married 🥹

We explored Lisbon, stopped for a little pastel de nata break, and let the day unfold pretty naturally.

We wandered through the streets while Lisbon was still waking up, stopping whenever the light was just too good to pass by. There was plenty of laughter, a few quiet moments, and that excited feeling that comes with being engaged and knowing you're about to start a whole new chapter together ❤

I think engagement sessions are at their best when they don't feel like a photoshoot at all - just two people enjoying each other, with a beautiful city as the backdrop.
